E Life Health Center Spa Policy

At E Life Health Center, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for all our guests, please review our policies below:

LATE POLICY

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please note that service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other customers. All treatments are charged at full value. Last-minute changes to appointments will be honored only if another appointment is available later in the day, without inconveniencing other guests.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full service amount. Please note that deposits for canceled or no-show appointments are non-refundable.

However, you may reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled time without incurring additional costs, provided it is within one year of the original deposit payment. Any last-minute changes will be accommodated only if the service time is available and does not inconvenience other customers.

All sales of services, retail items, and gift vouchers are final and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and gift vouchers. Gratuity is appreciated but not required; it is at your discretion to reward our therapists for exceptional service.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Customers are required to inform the spa of any health issues, allergies, or special conditions prior to their appointment. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Children are welcome to receive massage treatments when accompanied by an adult.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

To ensure a tranquil experience for everyone, we ask that all guests maintain a low level of conversation. Please silence mobile phones upon entering the spa.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are available for treatments but are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They can only be used for services, not retail products.

PACKAGES

Packages expire one year from the purchase date and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services. They may be shared or transferred to others, but the selected timings are final and cannot be separated into multiple sessions. Packages are non-refundable, even in the event of medical circumstances. Expiry dates cannot be extended for any reason. E Life Health Center reserves the right to refuse service if there are concerns regarding the authenticity of the voucher.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

To provide the best possible services, we regularly update our offerings. Please note that prices and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

VISITORS

We cannot accommodate visitors in treatment rooms unless they are accompanying a child. All non-customers must remain quietly in the waiting lounge.

CUSTOMERS’ RIGHT TO KNOW

We are committed to meeting our customers’ needs by providing personalized advice on the products and treatments that best suit you. Our goal is to maximize the benefits of your experience.

ATTIRE

As a public and coed space, appropriate attire is required at all times. A towel must be worn around the waist or chest in treatment areas. Nudity is not permitted in the facility. Towels and flip-flops are provided for your comfort during your stay.

THERAPISTS

While we make every effort to accommodate requests for specific therapists, we cannot guarantee a particular therapist or gender. All our therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort throughout your session.
